Backorders: An Item out of stock can be put on back order. The supplier usually restocks items once a Month but there is no guarantee that your item will be available or when.
Shipping Info: The cost is $10.00 (half 0f the actual cost) per bedding set to all destinations in the continental USA.
(Recommended Option): $3.00extra (per shipment) for requesting signature as proof of delivery'
UPS ground is used unless a faster method is requested and that cost will be charged.
For shipments to: Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska the charge is $25.00 for the first item and $10,00 for each additional up to 4 items per carton.

Priority Mail International Large Flat-Rate Box can be used for King and Queen sets.
International Regular/Medium Flat-Rate Boxes are used for twin sets.
Typically it costs $42 for a twin set and $54 for a Queen or King, unless other features are added.
Note: The items have to be repackaged in order to fit them in the USPS Priority boxes.

Return Policy:
There is a one time item exchange with no additional fees. However shipping charges to and from any destination will apply.
Returns, order cancellations and refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00 per item processing fee plus the actual shipping cost for the item
Contact us within 3 business days from the delivery date to obtain a return authorization (RA) for us to accept the return. We will then mail you a PDF copy of the shipping label that you can paste on the same box for return.
All returns must have an RA number, be in the original box and in unused condition before they will be accepted.
If a return is not dropped for shipment within 15 days from the delivery date we will refuse it and no refund will be issued.
